What are the payment options?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment in the form of Debit Cards & Credit Cards from Visa & Mastercard. Please make sure that internet banking is available on your card.
What are your delivery charges?
We charge a flat rate of Rs.200 on shipping across Pakistan. For international orders, delivery charges will be displayed during checkout. The customers will have to bear all the duties and taxes.

We regret to say that we are not taking customised orders at this time.

We are open from Monday to Sunday, 11 am till 10 pm.
When is your new collection launching?
Lulusar is an exclusive brand so we launch new collections every week and we only produce quantities of articles based on the number of orders received to avoid wastage and maintain sustainability. We encourage all customers to shop on Friday at 3 pm every week so that they can grab all their favourite outfits before they get sold out.
Why do you have limited stock in store?
Most of our articles are sold through our e-store. Our concept stores are guide stores or display centers we put limited stocks. The designs are there for a touch-and-feel experience to give the customer an idea of what the product looks and feels like in real.
