What is the delivery time?

Standard Order delivery takes 8-10 working days after confirmation of order, depending on the size and availability of the product. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and order confirmations.

What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

Lulusar provides Free shipping Across Pakistan.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to the M&P or TCS website for your order, insert your tracking ID and track your order.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, contact number, and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.


Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout and will be added to your total bill. Shipping is free for customers ordering within Pakistan. International delivery charges are borne by the customer and will be charged as per the actual weight of the ordered product(s). Please note that some countries may attract import duties which shall be paid by the customer at the time of the delivery.

Lulusar has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality. For return requests due to quality issues, Lulusar will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future purchase.

You may get one time exchange on any item bought from Lulusar within 7 days of receiving it. The item must not be worn, altered, or washed. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice.

For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, or silhouette) the customer has the right to request an exchange. All exchanges can only be made for the same product. All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by Lulusar at the customer’s expense.

If your product is defective, please fill out the ‘Defective Item’ form when processing your return or exchange, as this helps us conduct a quality inspection to approve your request. It would also be helpful if any photos of the defects can be shared with Lulusar’s customer service.

All our international orders are delivered via DHL Express. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns and exchanges for orders shipped internationally. However, if items are defected, you may either request an exchange or receive store credit that can be used for a future purchase made with Lulusar. International customers will not be required to send the product back to Lulusar when processing a return or exchange.

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if any purchased items are defected we will be willing to process a refund.


You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. Lulusar reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including the stock unavailability, pricing imprecisions, or the declined payment by your authorized financial institution. If an online payment was made, the customer will either be issued store credit or a refund. A refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase and the amount may appear in your monthly credit card statement in 3-10 days.
